Praise be to God!
For the second year running, the LU4C Crew, in collaboration with the Kuwait Awqaf Public Foundation were able to support the needy community of Eastridge and Tafelsig in Mitchells Plain.
Saturday morning, the 30th April 2022 saw the #LU4CCrew meet at the Darul Arqam Islamic High School in Eastridge Mitchells Plain.
Our guest from the community each received a grocery hamper which would allow for a nutritious meal to be prepared for the day of Eid and beyond.
The mornings event was followed up by a street iftar in Tafelsig lead by our Junior #LU4CCrew. Our guests all received a warm punnet of Chicken Akni prepared by Sufyaan Davids and his team, some sweet treats and of course, a warm cup of Boeber.Â
The LU4C Team and the communities served at these two events are forever grateful to the the Kuwait Awqaf Public Foundation for supporting this initiative. We pray the The Almighty bless and reward all those involved.
