Lace Up For Change – Dietrich Moravian Creche Project

A critical aspect in the development of any child is having a safe place in which to play and grow. Dietrich Moravian creche, housed on the premises of the Dietrich Moravian Primary School in Philippi, offers this space to the youngest members of the surrounding community.

However the creche is in dire need of repairs. A recent visit to the premises by the Lace Up For Change Crew and a building contractor, highlighted these critical issues:
• Leaky roof
• Broken ceilings
• Broken windows
• Faulty and broken lights

• 5m 120 X 360 CEILING BOARD

• 10 x 2.4m COVER STRIPS
• 5 x 3.6m BATTONS
• 1L NS4 WHITE
• 10L WATERPROOF PAINT
• 80L ROOF PAINT

PAINTING
• 80L UNDERCOAT
• 80L FINISH COAT PAINT
• 10L GLOSS ENAMEL PAINT
• 5kg POLYFILLA
• 4 PAINTERSMATE
